Description

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries effectively.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll and advise the organisation accordingly.
  • Train and guide team members to ensure operational excellence in payroll activities.

Profile

A successful Payroll Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with CloudPayCloudPay.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an Accounting & Finance team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in payroll processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
