Payroll Team Leader

We are partnered with a leading organisation who are on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Team Leader.
This role will report into the Payroll Manager and will support them in managing the small team, overseeing the daily payroll operations.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Responsible for day to day instructions to the payroll providers
- Supervision of the remote payroll team
- Support the payroll manager in setting KPIs, delegation, training, development
- Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll operations
- Delivery of monthly payroll using outsourced providers
- Liaise with HMRC & pension providers
- Calculate employee pay, overtime, SSP, SMP
**Experienced required**:
- Demonstratable people management experience within a payroll function
- Hands on payroll experience
- Experience of using Zellis/ADP is desirable
- Experience of using a T&A system is desirable
