Contract Type: Temporary with the potential for permanent placement Team Environment: Collaborate closely with various teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.The Role:As an Inventory Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate reconciliation of fuel transactions within the operational network. Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring % accuracy in customer delivery confirmations.Inputting depot storage dips and reconciling product left on vehicles.Investigating stock anomalies in collaboration with Operational Managers.Participating in weekly stock reconciliation meetings to discuss stock loss and gains.Maintaining the integrity of records and accurate data entry. Providing proof of deliveries to sales and operational teams.Liaising with operational staff to ensure proper delivery confirmation procedures.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily stock reconciliations to drive business efficiency.Report any inconsistencies to the Team Manager promptly.Communicate with drivers to resolve stock discrepancies.What We're Looking For:Experience: A background in a multi-site logistics business or stock administration is desirable.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. behavioural Competencies:- Professionalism and integrity- Strong problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication skills- Flexibility and teamworkKey Performance Measures:Ensure depot losses and gains remain within budget.Conduct full depot reconciliations on the day after transactions.Identify and investigate any stock losses, ensuring thorough follow-up.
