**About The Role**:
As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will visit customer sites to ensure our Arco vending machines are fully stocked at all times. This will require someone who has a high attention to detail is comfortable working autonomously and can work to a schedule. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquire relevant stock items for customer vending machines from Arco safety stores
- Stock our Arco vending machines on customer sites as required
- Liaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of service
- Efficiently managing time to ensure customers sites are visited at agreed dates and times
- Providing web support for self-managed customers
- Liaising with the central team to ensure stocks are counted and accurate data maintained as well as updating them on relevant customer information
- Maintaining professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and work in the trade counter as required in times of absence/holidays of colleagues
- Complying with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of their company vehicle
- Completing weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging

About you
- The ideal Onsite Stock Coordinator will be/have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and management
- Excellent IT skills/ knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systems
- The ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manager your own daily/weekly workload
- Supply chain knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
