They have won multiple awards for product innovation, meaning you'll be joining a business at the cutting edge of medical technology.THE ROLE:As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing key accounts across both NHS and private hospitals. Your primary stakeholders will include surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, theatre nurses, and procurement teams.You will promote and sell a leading portfolio of sports medicine products for soft tissue repair, with a strong emphasis on both expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities within operating theatres.Comprehensive product training will be provided, and the role offers strong, achievable earning potential.Given the demands of the theatre environment, flexibility is essential - this is not a typical 9-to-5 position. In return, the bonus structure is highly rewarding, offering excellent incentives for committed, high-performing individuals.REQUIREMENTS:· Candidates must have an orthopaedics sales background· Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology gained through formal education (e.g. nursing, sports science, physiotherapy, etc.)· Confident, emotionally intelligent, and engaging personality with a team-player mentalityCULTURE:You will be joining a professional and motivated team led by an inspiring manager who is passionate about developing people into successful sales professionals.
