This is a senior and high impact role for a very commercially driven individual who thrives in fast paced, technically complex environments and enjoys building scalable revenue pipelines in cutting edge industries. Keep reading You will take ownership of business development strategy and execution within a specialist manufacturing environment, working closely with technical, engineering and operational teams. The business is experiencing strong momentum and is seeking someone with energy, ambition and a genuine appetite to build. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute business development strategy across new and existing marketsBuild, manage and convert a strong sales pipeline using modern CRM and sales toolsIdentify and develop new commercial opportunities within a highly technical manufacturing environmentEngage credibly with scientific, engineering and senior commercial stakeholdersDrive revenue growth through a proactive, hands-on sales approachProvide insight into market trends, customer needs and competitive positioningWork closely with internal technical teams to shape compelling, viable commercial propositionsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in a senior business development or commercial leadership roleProven success managing complex sales cycles and high-value opportunitiesExperience within RNA manufacturing, life sciences manufacturing, or closely related sectorsA scientific or engineering background (or strong technical understanding) is highly desirableComfortable using CRM systems and standard sales & pipeline management toolsHighly driven, ambitious and self-motivated Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical detail into commercial valueWhy Join?Operate in a high growth, future-focused sector with real world impactJoin a business with a strong performance culture and ambitious mindsetSignificant scope to shape the role and influence long term commercial strategyCompetitive salary with flexibility for the right candidatePerformance-related bonusHybrid working modelPlease apply or reach out if you have any questions Thank you.
