KennedyPearce is working with a real estate company based in London hiring a motivated and curious Junior Internal Auditor to join their high-performing global function. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who's interested in risk, controls, internal audit, or IT audit and is looking for a structured development path. As a Junior Internal Auditor, you'll support the delivery of audits across the Group, working closely with experienced auditors and business stakeholders. You'll gain hands-on exposure to financial, operational, and IT audits while developing a strong understanding of risk management and control frameworks. This role includes international travel (approx. 5-6 trips per year, around 12 weeks in total), giving you the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the world and gain insight into how our global business operates. Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits across financial, operational, and IT areasSupport the testing and evaluation of internal controlsHelp identify risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvementsWork with stakeholders across the business to gather information and understand processesMaintain and update audit documentation to a high professional standardParticipate in follow-up reviews to ensure agreed actions have been implementedContribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit function Ideal Candidate:A recent graduate (any discipline considered, but finance, business, economics, IT, or related fields are advantageous)Genuine interest in internal audit, risk, controls, or IT auditStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesWillingness to travel internationallySelf-motivated, organised, and eager to learnProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Training & Development: You will receive:Full training and mentoring within the Internal Audit teamSupport towards gaining a relevant qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA)Ongoing technical and soft-skills developmentExposure to a broad variety of audits, business functions, and international environmentsWhy this company:Work for a prestigious global property services organisationLearn from experienced audit professionalsClear development path within internal audit or wider finance teamsOpportunity to travel and build global business awarenessCollaborative culture with a focus on personal growth
