We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow in Gastro on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful Gastro department. Our client are a a combined acute and community provider delivering a range of health care services, who currently employ more than 4,200 members of staff and who currently deliver a range of specialist services are delivered across the area. This trust is currently undergoing a transformation, with the trust winning various awards such as: The Trust's in-house digital system, SEPIA, which continues to be progressed following it being highlighted in the HSJ Awards, Acupin Therapy was recognised in the Royal College of Nursing Awards & even Ear Care and Audiology Services won a Nursing Times Award for their innovation and transformation of patient services.The successful appointee will be asked to fulfil various duties, such as: attend formal ward rounds and possible out-patient clinics as required, attend such other ward rounds, visits to individual patients, as may be necessary, arrange and assist special examinations (X-ray, ECG, Path, etc.) as maybe necessary, keep such records as may be required for medical and/or administrative reasons, communicate fully (subject to the overriding factors of confidentiality and the patients interests) with patients, their relatives, family doctors and other Health and Social Service colleagues, perform duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, at the request of the appropriate consultant, in consultation where possible with colleagues both senior and juniorOur client are based in an amazing city surrounded by attractive countryside, contemporary leisure, facilities and extensive retail outlets along with excellent road and rail links to big cities such as Manchester, Leeds & Birmingham and easy access to several airports.Additional Information - 10 P.A's - Prestigious NHS Trust - A well supported & friendly team - Must have GMC Registration - Outstanding Schools within public and private sectors This is a Senior Clinical Fellow in Gastro vacancy.
