The Internal AccountManager will manage a set portfolio of accounts, and build and maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships. We are looking for someone with hunger, driveand resilience. You will be required to translate client needs into somethingthe business can act on and use influencing and negotiation skills to convertsales leads into orders and upsell where possible. You must also have to be good with numbers forthis role, maintaining pricing levels to optimise sales and margin. Understanding whichproducts best match customer needs will require a candidate who knows thepackaging industry inside-out, so proven experience in a similar role withinthe industry is essential. Knowledge of the packaging merchanting industrywould put you at an even greater advantage, as would knowledge of the world of e-commerce.
