We supply high‑performance alloys to aerospace, defence, motorsport, and precision engineering sectors. Account Manager - Aerospace & Defence We have an opening for an Account Manager. This office‑based role focuses on proactive account management, driving growth within existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities through responsive and professional customer engagement. Occasional customer visits may be required. We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop customer relationships across aerospace and defence sectors. Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts. Engage with customers to support relationship development and strategic initiatives. Maintain accurate account information and reports. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in internal sales or account management, ideally in aerospace, metals, or materials distribution. Demonstrated ability to generate new business through proactive outbound calling and relationship building. Strong commercial and customer service focus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented. Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or trade events.
