Key responsibilities:Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plansDirect and/or supervise other employees Order supplies and store deliveriesMaintain records and stock controlWhat we are looking Experience of large-scale catering Knowledge of food service and catering in generalOrganisational, cost control and supervisory skillsRecognised supervisor or team leader qualification would be desirableWorking Hours/Days:Monday to FridayTerm time only26.25 hours. per week, although hours are variable depending upon school meal uptake.
