You’ll benefit from a large, established network and access to a pipeline of SME and corporate clients to engage with.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through networking, referrals, and cross-selling within an existing client base.Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and partner brokerages.Provide expert, strategic advice on Employee Benefits, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.Collaborate closely with regional partners across multiple Scottish sites, combining home working with travel as required.About YouProven experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, or Health Insurance.Demonstrable success in business development and client growth.Strong relationship-building and communication skills with senior stakeholders.Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially astute.Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.IT proficient – experience with insurer portals and Acturis (an advantage).What’s on OfferCompetitive salary + performance-related bonus.Long-term incentive plan after qualifying period.Flexible hybrid working and a supportive team culture.Laptop and home-office setup provided.Ongoing professional development and funded industry qualifications.Generous holiday allowance (including your birthday off).Health Cash Plan, Life Insurance, and Employee Assistance Programme.NRG is an equal opportunities employer committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
