Electrical SupervisorLocation: OxfordSalary: £55,000 + BenefitsIndustry: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) ContractingWe are working with one of the UK's largest MEP contractors, known for delivering high-profile projects with major clients such as MACE, Structuretone, and Wates Group. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team based in Oxford.Key Responsibilities:Supervise electrical installations on large-scale projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations on-site.Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met and any issues are resolved efficiently.Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of electrical teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.Requirements:Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within MEP contracting.Strong knowledge of electrical installation systems and safety regulations.Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems on-site.Previous experience in commercial or industrial projects is preferred.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
