Salary: Dependent on experience

The successful Business Development Manager will drive growth across the business in all form of paint provision, including designer, decorative and industrial.

The role will involve:

Engagement with customers, driving sales generation plans to ensure we are the first choice for painting and decorating supplies with our existing customers. Provide a tailored solution to each branch's 'Top' customers. Create a clean plan to develop the 15 growth potential customers as identified by each branch - working closely with the branch manager. Ensure opportunities are identified, followed up and secured.

To be successful in this role of Business Development Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

Ideally you will have experience of working within the painting and decorative industry but if you are used to developing trade and retail customers, this would be an advantage. This role would suit a sales focused individual who can operate with a large degree of autonomy working in a multi-site environment.
