Starting salary: £25,000 OTE 50K

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, and we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include but not be limited to; 

Approaching and engaging with prospective clients, through telephone calls, emails, and networking platforms.  Explaining to clients the advantages, potential outcomes and the process associated with using the client's services. Demonstrate organisational skills by independently managing and coordinating a personal calendar, including scheduling calls with potential clients based on their availability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Successful applicants can expect the following: 

£25,000 salary in initial position with achievable incentives based on competence within the role. A full and comprehensive training programme. Further chance for salary and career advancement as you develop your career within FWG.
