Role Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions within the living sector Conduct real estate valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities Provide support in roles related to due diligence processes Utilise data mining techniques to gather relevant market insights Lead due diligence processes and oversee the execution of transactions Drafting investment memorandum for internal and external use to communicate investment opportunities effectively Assist with legal negotiations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions within the living sector Demonstrated experience in deal execution Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel skills Strong negotiation skills Driving license
