CAVU are an exciting and forward thinking company owned by Manchester Airport Group (MAG) who are driven to revolutionise and transform airport travel and the customer experience. CAVU develop technology platform solutions that add value to the end-to-endpassenger journey, to customers and business across the world.
The role is paying up to £70k plus 15% annual bonus. Hybrid working options are available, 3 days in, 2 from home.
Pay rise and car / car allowance after 12 months employment.

**Job purpose:**
The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the CAVU Talent Acquisition strategy. They will lead the business in hiring market leading talent through constant upskilling and coaching to drive an agileculture whilst raising capability and providing SME expertise to a range of business stakeholders up to ExCo level. In addition, they will lead and provide resources to a range of projects around people, process, experience and technology. The role reportsto the Chief People Officer - CAVU.
**Principle Accountabilities:**
- Lead on, implement and deliver agile Talent Acquisition strategy encompassing process, technology, EVP, Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing
- Work closely with CAVU People leadership team, Reward team and Marketing on the talent attraction and retention strategy and development of Employer Brand and EVP.
- Develop and implement CAVU recruitment architecture to ensure that we can attract, direct source and assess the best talent within our external marketplace including external review of recruitment platforms reflecting our digital first and Employer of Choiceambitions.
- Manage a range of senior/exec level hires within the business
- Work with MAG Head of Talent Acquisition to develop Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) capability, ensuring this is embedded across the business, providing a toolkit, guidance as training as required to the People team and leaders across CAVU. Pull togetherthe CAVU wide picture of SWP ensuring the resourcing strategy is aligned to future needs.
- Drive data and analytics-based decision-making to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats through robust metrics and KPIs
- Work with the CPO and People leadership team to ensure there is an external pipeline to support internal talent pipelines, aligned to the future business needs.
- Work with MAG Head of Diversity and Inclusion to develop CAVU D&I plans ensuring we attract and retain diverse talent and create a strong sense of belonging across the colleague life cycle
- Oversee the delivery of Early Talent recruitment ensuring that CAVU has a strong Brand in the market and optimum sourcing and selection methods.
- Develop effective process and policy for the engagement with external search firms.This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key vendors and ensuring their performance metrics are reviewed regularly.
- Responsible for the management of the recruitment budget, and ensure processes are in place to track and reduce cost of recruitment at CAVU.
- Develop the capability of the People team and business leaders to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition
- Ensure there is strong governance and Business Intelligence (BI) within CAVU talent acquisition activity and oversee the delivery of consistent talent acquisition practices.
- Ensure that any recruitment policies and practices align to legal requirements and CAVU values and ensure it is consistently applied through line management education, clear communication and policies.
- Supporting the wider People team in a range of People oriented projects and workstreams
- Collaborate with the wider People function in a range of People oriented projects and workstreams (CAVU Business Partners, MAG Talent Acquisition, Reward, Volume Recruitment, Vetting and HRSC)
**Knowledge, Experience and Skills:**
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition management role leading development of talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrable experience of partnering and influencing with organisational leadership cross functionally
- Commercially focussed with an understanding of business strategy & priorities
- Knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle including onboarding and exit:
- Recruitment marketing & direct sourcing channels and methods
- Assessment methods and techniques
- Employer Branding and EVP
- Technology including ATS, CRM and reporting
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition reporting including metrics and KPIs
- Transformation focussed with a track record of raising performance
- Ability to operate in an agile business in an ever-changing Tech environment
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs
