A tenacious and highly organised HR & Talent Assistant is required for a reputable professional services organisation in Manchester.
You will join an established and growing HR Function which requires national support.
You will be involved in the attraction and retention of talent from apprentices, graduates up to senior hires.
You will report to the head of talent on a daily basis.
You will Co-ordinate all recruitment for the graduate schemes from inception of Job adverts through to onboarding.
Duties will include:
Managing the offer process
Attending careers fairs to attract graduate emerging talent
Supporting our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Be the first point of contact for existing training providers
Help create and support early career programmes
Coordinate contracts for new trainees
Ideally you will have previous experience of graduate / apprentice recruitment within a professional services background
