They are recognised for their commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality products.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement sales strategy to ensure growth of the channelDesign performance management frameworks for the field sales teamProvide coaching and training to the team, providing them with the support needed to meet sales targetsConduct regular visits with key customers, and audits of team to ensure consistency of field sales standards.Remain in a hands on, customer facing capacity to stay in touch with market trendsResponsible for full P&L Revenue for the channelPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.The Successful ApplicantA successful National Field Sales Manager should have:Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.Sales experience within home furnishings, furniture or relatable/transferrable product areaWillingness to travel nationallySolid business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic thinking capabilities.Interpersonal and influencing skills, able to develop and maintain strong working relationship, both field team and leadership team/ key stakeholdersWhat's on OfferSalary in the region of £70,000.Car / Bonus.Usuals around holidays, pension etc.Remote/Field based work split - no office presence specifiedIf you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role as a National Field Sales Manager, we encourage you to apply today
