Responsibilities Responsible for daily accounting operations and handle full set of accounts Preparation of monthly financial statements Assist in statutory audit and tax-filing Assist the supervisor in other ad-hoc projects/ duties as assigned Preparing expense reports for month-end closing and audit purpose Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation Assist in ad hoc projects as required Requirements DSE / Form 5 or above Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Good communication and presentations skills Hardworking and outgoing personality Well-organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and flexibly Experience in using Excel and other accounting softwares: Peachtree and FlexSystem one preferable Applicant with less experience will consider as Accounts Clerk
