Opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team based in High Wycombe, working on an international basis for a high-end B2B manufacturer who are leaders in their field. Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive who has a proven track record in campaign management, with a broad digital skill set: including content creation, web (CMS/WordPress), paid social, SEO, keywords, Google Analytics, and email campaigns. This is a full-time permanent position in High Wycombe (4 days a week in office, and 1 day remotely).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content and identify key search terms to enhance website visibility
  • Setup, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, and design for campaign optimisation
  • Identify trends and compile statistics from Google Analytics and other data sources
  • Make recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Develop monthly reports on performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Utilize research techniques to understand customer behavior and market trends
  • Implement GA4 changes in collaboration with website management consultancy
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of social media channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter
  • Some knowledge of website Content Management Systems (WordPress), Hootsuite, and Campaign Monitor is desirable

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Experience in designing and implementing campaigns
  • A creative thinker who excels in developing innovative campaigns
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Photography or film editing experience is desirable but not crucial
  • Ideally educated to degree level in marketing, communications, or related fields
