We are currently recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in the Manchester area Offering a hybrid working model andpetitive hourly rates. This is a temp position, for a minimum term of 2 months. Your new role Investigateplaints related to ASB. It could be noiseplaints, harassment, vandalism, other disruptive activities. Gather evidence and assess the situation to establish appropriate actions.Provide support to victims, help navigate reporting processes and access to resources. Liaising with other agencies such as the police or social servicesConducting enforcement activities to address and mitigate ASB involves issuing warnings, notices or taking legal action if needed.Work withmunity groups/ residents to make sure they are aware ofmunity standards and promote a safe environment. Includes preventative measures andmunity-based strategiesCollab with various stakeholders such as local authorities, law enforcement and housing associations to reduce ASB with strategies for themunity.What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in an ASB Management of Tenancy Enforcement Officer role.Experience investigating ASB cases and gathering evidence, including witness statements.Experience representing in courtFull driving licence and business insuranceWhat you'll get in return Hybrid working modelOption to be paid PAYE or Umbrella
