Job Title: Campaign Manager Pay Rate: £27.88 - £31.10 PAYE Only (dependant on exp) Duration: 07/ Location: Crewe Shift patterns/office based: 35 hours per week 9am -5pm Hybrid 3 days on site a week (not set days) Job Purpose: Are you a creative and motivated individual with a passion for marketing? If you have a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practises to drive innovation in campaign strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and partners. Desired Skills: Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practises, with a focus on digital channels. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimise campaigns. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
