Investigate and resolve helpdesk incidents, ensuring timely updates to the ticketing system Acknowledge and address all network alarms and events during your shift, documenting ongoing issues for handover Keep the NOC Manager informed of all service-affecting incidents and initiate escalations when necessary Contribute to a positive team environment and share your expertise to help us grow Strong understanding of network principles Experience with Cisco routers and switches, with a CCNA certification desirable Troubleshooting and maintenance experience with Firewalls and/or Security Event management is a plus Ability to obtain and retain SC clearance £30k + 5% shift allowance
