With a strong reputation for reliability and innovation, thepany is entering a phase of strategic growth and operational enhancement.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Manager for a 6-month interim assignment who's willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. This role will support the CFO in managing financial operations, reporting, and system optimisation, with a particular focus on the SimPro platform. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a hybrid environment and able to collaborate effectively across teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to the CFO and senior stakeholders.Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and strategic planning.Optimise use of the SimPro system for financial tracking and reporting.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.Support audit preparation and ensurepliance with financial regulations.Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.RequirementsProven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within an SME or fast-paced environment.Strong working knowledge of SimPro software is essential.Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
