Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Billing Assistant based in Glasgow with a salary of up to £30, with amazing hybrid working & brilliant benefits package The CompanyThis business is experiencing a period of growth and has really claimed their dominance within the Scottish market. This has led to them adding additional roles within finance to help support and sustain the growth. Like many business cash is king therefore it's important for an experience credit controller to join the business. The Role The permanent Billing Assistant is key to the running of the efficient finance team: Process client invoices, credit notes, WIP transfers, write-offs, and amendments. Manage billing and e-billing inboxes, handling queries, rate changes, and client/matter updates. Ensure VAT compliance and adherence to firm billing procedures. Prepare billing reports and support client-specific requirements. Maintain billing groups, exemptions, and client discount trackers. Support e-billing setup, maintenance, mapping, and electronic submissions. Assist with monthly reconciliations, accruals, and ad hoc billing tasks.
