Billing Assistant Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid – Minimum 1 day on-site) We’re looking for a Billing Assistant to join our clients friendly and dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of their billing operations and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking, growing firm. The Role As a Billing Assistant , you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes across the firm. Your day-to-day work will be varied and rewarding, including: Processing client invoices, credit notes and amendments. Managing billing and e-billing inboxes, handling queries, and client/matter updates. Ensuring compliance and adherence to firm billing procedures. Supporting client-specific requirements. Supporting e-billing setup, maintenance and electronic submissions. Assisting with ad hoc billing tasks. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to meet deadlines. A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with others.
