Corporate Partnerships Manager (Maternity Cover) Role Overview The Talent Set is delighted to partner with an amazing Children's Charity on a fantastic Corporate Partnerships Manager (mat cover) role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead relationship development and new business efforts within a dynamic charity, contributing to impactful causes supporting young people and health initiatives. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and mutual benefit. Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with the organisations mission. Support and deliver partnership activity, including events and collaborative projects, aligning with organisational goals. Pitch fundraising ideas confidently and independently, demonstrating best practice in corporate fundraising. Line manage one junior team member, providing guidance and support on partnership development tasks. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximise partnership outcomes. Support on organising and delivering events that promote partnership growth and awareness. Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and progress. Person Specification Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnership development, or account management within a charity or relevant sector. Confident in pitching and securing new partnerships independently. Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach. Demonstrates emotional intelligence and effective communication skills. Experience supporting or managing events is desirable. Able to step into line management responsibilities with supportive leadership. Open to working four days a week if preferred, with a flexible yet professional approach. Experience working across socio-emotive causes, particularly supporting young people or health-related initiatives, is advantageous. Demonstrates proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and resilience.
