As a Learning Support Assistant, your ability to communicate effectively and support students with diverse learning needs will be key in helping them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: * Work alongside the class teacher to help deliver engaging and creative lessons as a Learning Support Assistant. * Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring they overcome challenges in their learning as a Learning Support Assistant. * Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment where every student feels valued as a Learning Support Assistant. * Adapt your support to meet the individual needs of students, whether academic, social, or emotional, as a Learning Support Assistant. * Assist with classroom organisation, manage student behaviour, and handle any additional administrative tasks as a Learning Support Assistant. What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply as a Learning Support Assistant. * Patience, empathy, and a natural ability to build positive relationships with students as a Learning Support Assistant. * A flexible, proactive attitude to supporting students in a variety of situations as a Learning Support Assistant. * A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally as a Learning Support Assistant. What We Offer: * Competitive pay (£83.50-100 per day) for the role of Learning Support Assistant. * Immediate start available for the Learning Support Assistant position. * Opportunity for teacher training after one year for exceptional Learning Support Assistants.
