Learning Mentor Position: Immediate openings in Primary Schools and Tuition Centres Location: Swindon We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Mentor for Children with Additional Needs. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the educational and personal development of children who require extra assistance due to various learning challenges. If you have a heart for helping children reach their full potential and thrive in an inclusive environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: 1 Provide individualised academic support tailored to the specific needs of each child. 2 Assist children in understanding concepts, completing assignments, and developing effective study skills. 3 Offer emotional support, creating a safe space for children to express themselves and build confidence. 4 Set achievable goals and milestones with children, tracking progress and celebrating successes. 5 Advocate for the rights and needs of children with additional needs within the educational system. 6 Liaise with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support. 7 Empower children to become more independent learners and develop essential life skills.
