Swindon Museums are seeking customer focussed Visitor Experience Assistants, Casual with experience working in a visitor environment to join our professional team at STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway and Lydiard House Museum.

Your next role

You will be responsible for ensuring that: the visit meets customers’ highest expectations; you follow all systems in terms of H&S, security, financial and customer care.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
