A well-established Civil Engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Site Foreman to oversee delivery across a portfolio of active sites in the Northwest. This is a hands-on role for a proven Site Foreman with a strong civils background. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, keep teams productive, and maintain high standards across groundworks, structures, water, and earthworks schemesReporting into the Site Agent, you'll be a driving force on site, supporting with the site programme, and driving productivity What You’ll Be DoingRunning day-to-day site operations across multiple live projectsCoordinating groundworks, drainage, structural concrete, and earthworks projectsManaging subcontractors and direct labour teams to ensure safe, efficient deliveryReading and interpreting drawings and RAMSEnsuringpliance with HSE standards and site specifications What You’ll BringSolid experience as a Site Foreman or General Foreman on Civil Engineering projectsStrong working knowledge of groundworks, RC structures, drainage, and earthworksSSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, and a valid CSCS cardAbility to lead teams, solve problems on the ground, and maintain high standardsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across regional sitesProficiency with Microsoft Software Suite This is a fantastic opportunity with a large National Civil Engineering Contractor, with a strong pipeline of work in the area.
