Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


• A current and valid HCPC registration

• Experience working in community rehabilitation or with similar patient groups

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexible working with hours to suit your schedule. The contract is ongoing with the possibility of extension based on service needs and performance.
