Customer Onboarding Specialist- London (Hybrid)- Up to £40,000- 2026 StartPod Talent are excited to be partnering with a fantastic, sustainability driven, B Corp consumer goods company, who are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their rapidly growing team in London in Q1 of 2026.This values driven start-up has strong sustainability goals, a global presence, and great growth plans for further retail expansion, so it’s the perfect time to join their team.In this role, you will be: bridging the gap between sales and operations, using high attention to detail skills to ensure all customer order information is correct and ready to be processed, and acting as a key point of contact for all new and repeat B2B customers ensuring they a fantastic customer service experience and aftercare.
