You don’t need classroom experience yet, just the right attitude, patience and a genuine interest in supporting teenagers with additional needs.This is a hands-on role where you’ll receive guidance, training and plenty of support from experienced staff.What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils in KS3 and KS4 with learning, communication and behaviour Working 1:1 and in small groups to help students feel confident and supported Learning strategies for autism, SEMH and a range of additional needs Helping with routines, focus and emotional regulation Working closely with teachers and TAs who will guide you as you grow in the role Who this role is perfect for People considering a future career in teaching, psychology, mental health or youth work Graduates or school leavers wanting meaningful experience Anyone patient, flexible and keen to learn Someone who enjoys working with teenagers and building positive relationships No SEN experience?
