Our client is seeking a dynamic Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join their expanding team This is your chance to ensure that residents enjoy a responsive, professional, and customer-focused repair and maintenance service.Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday Duration: Permanent Location: Faversham, KentSalary: Competitive Salary Key Responsibilities:Be the First Point of Contact: Coordinate and respond to day-to-day repair requests from tenants and the welfare team, ensuring timely and effective resolutionsCommunicate with Clarity: Deliver clear, polite, and professional communication for all repair inquiries, keeping everyone informed and satisfied. Preventive Maintenance Champion: Develop and oversee a proactive preventive maintenance program to enhance the longevity and efficiency of our properties and facilities. Manage Unplanned Activities: Tackle unplanned maintenance activities, prioritising urgent tasks to minimise tenant disruption. Troubleshooting Support: Provide troubleshooting support and problem-solving for various maintenance issues. Oversee Site Systems: Ensure the smooth functioning of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site infrastructure systems. Keep Accurate Records: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.Schedule Appointments: Schedule and track tenant appointments, ensuring works are followed through from initiation to completion. Follow Up on Repairs: Liaise with contractors and keep tenants updated on outstanding repairs, ensuring a smooth communication flow. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including order processing, cancellations, and extensions.Desirable: Experience within caravan parks, holiday parks, or similar residential/leisure site environments is a plus.
