Senior Aftersales Digital Marketing Specialist (Temporary Contract)Location: Coventry Contract: TemporaryWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM(45-minute lunch break each day)Annual Leave: 25 days per year (pro rata) plus statutory holidaysAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Aftersales Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in driving awareness of Aftersales products and services within the digital space, increasing merce traffic, and acquiring leads and customers to support global sales objectives.You will consult on, coordinate, and implement digital marketingmunications across multiple channels, including websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and engagement tools such as surveys and gamification.This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, digitally fluent professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-market environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platformsProject manage digital delivery of assignedmunications channelsDesign, build, and test emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, includingplex journeysCollaborate with copywriters, designers, and regional marketing leads to optimize engagementCreate and implement social media promotions (organic and paid)Develop surveys and gamification tools to enhance customer engagementUpdate dealer portals and retail-facing websites, supporting new market rolloutsAnalyse post-campaign insights and conduct A/B testing to improve performanceWhat We’re Looking ForDegree or professional qualification in Digital Marketing (desirable)Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Super User level)Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, AI, and automationExperience managing multichannel, multi-market campaignsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Experience ManagerHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlinesExcellentmunication skills and a collaborative mindsetDesirable CertificationsDigital Marketing Institute (DMI) Certified Digital Marketing ProfessionalChartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualificationsThis is a temporary role offering a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and apetitive benefit package. #4750495 - Suzanne Haynes
