Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports and presentations for Advisers, and support process improvements. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in financial services administration. Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills. Positive, proactive, and collaborative.
