Administration Support.

**Location** - Office-based (Wakefield)

**Working hours** - 8:00 am to 5 pm (1hr lunch)

An exciting and new opportunity has become available for an administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various duties including:

- Providing administrative support for functions across the team.
- Engaging with various areas of the department functions on a regular basis
- Supporting Managers and coordinators and the wider Operations team with day-to-day admin support.
- Playing a key part in delivering excellent customer service across the business.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with colleagues and customers.
- Answering and filtering inbound calls to team members throughout the business.
- Administration of job-related activities such as worksheets, reports, purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and returns.
- Compiling small works quotes from maintenance visit recommendations.
- General administration of the internal systems and software including customer updates.
- Support the company’s engineers with general requests.

**What matters the most for this role**:

- Experience in a similar role. Existing experience in the electronic security industry is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, confidence in ringing customers, and a friendly telephone manner.
- A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Team player with a passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and the ability to pick up new IT systems.
- Proactive, able to work with initiative.
- SimPRO experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of 365 office packages and teams.
