We are looking for a fantastic Content Creator and Patient Coordinator for a leading private clinic on Harley Street.This unique hybrid role blends patient care with digital content creation - perfect for someone who is both people-focused and media-savvy, and looking to kick-start or grow their content career.Content CreatorUse your creativity to educate, inform, and engage prospective patients through high-quality, compliant content.Key Responsibilities:Create informative, engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and patient resourcesDevelop educational materials that build trust and demonstrate the clinic’s expertiseCapture and curate visual content including photos, videos, and storiesMaintain brand consistency across all platformsWork closely with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare advertising guidelinesThis part of the role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for digital media.Patient Coordinator As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online channelsCoordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-upsMaintain accurate patient records and documentationHandle daily administrative and front-of-house tasksDeliver warm, professional communication to create a seamless patient experienceWork closely with clinical staff to support operations and schedulingIf you’re organised, compassionate, and great with people, you’ll excel in this role.What We’re Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with strong multitasking abilityTech-savvy and confident using digital toolsCreative thinker with content creation experience (professional or self-taught)Ability to produce compliant, patient-focused contentPositive, compassionate, and professional attitudeHealthcare or aesthetics experience is a bonus - but not essential.
