**An exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager has arisen in a private outpatient clinic on Harley Street.
If you have experience as a **Senior Outpatient Nurse**, **Outpatient Charge Nurse / Sister**, **Deputy**or**Nurse Manager** within an outpatient setting, then please send in your CV and we can organise a discussion about this position.
This private hospital group have outpatient clinics based on Harley Street that provide services for patients in a variety of specialties including orthopaedics, plastics, dermatology, minor ops, gynae, urology, pain management and more. They are looking forsomeone new to lead the team of nurses and HCAs, co-ordinate the clinics, diaries, schedules,
**Outpatient Nurse Manager Duties**:

- To be responsible for the operational and staff management of the Outpatient Departments
- To provide leadership to the departmental nursing and healthcare assistant teams
- To ensure that a high standard of patient care is delivered safely and consistently
- To ensure a high quality, cost-effective service
- To assist in developing the services

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Registered Nurse/NMC PIN
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in an acute private hospital within outpatient setting.
- Surgical / medical nursing experience
- Experience of managing a team
- Outpatient experience

**There are no night shifts
**Clinic opening times range from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm - some flexibility is required around these hours to either come in a little earlier or stay a little later from time to time.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability required for occasional Saturday
