**An exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House / Clinic Manager has arisen in a private outpatient clinic on Harley Street.
If you have experience within a management level customer service focused environment within any setting such as Hotels, Spa’s, Clinics, Hospitals then please send your CV and we can organise a discussion in more detail.
This private hospital group have outpatient clinics based on Harley Street that provide services for patients in a variety of specialties including orthopaedics, plastics, dermatology, minor ops, gynae, urology, pain management and more. They are looking forsomeone to manage their front of house, co-ordinate the clinics, manage diaries, schedules, rotas, maintenance issues, complaints handling, operational day to day running of the FOH and Clinic.

**Front of House / Clinic Manager Duties**:

- To be responsible for the operational and staff management of the Front of House team within clinic.
- To provide leadership to the front of house team, reception staff, non-clinical team members.
- To ensure that a high standard of patient services are delivered safely and consistently
- To ensure a high quality, 5* patient experience and service
- To co-ordinate the front of house team, create rota’s, ensure clinic schedules are running smoothly, handle any complaints, deal with any building / maintenance issues etc.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Management position that is based within patient experience / customer service / front of house / hotels / clinics / spas / or hospitals etc.
- Experience of managing a team
- Front of House experience

**There are no night shifts**

Clinic opening times range from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm - some flexibility is required around these hours to either come in a little earlier or stay a little later from time to time.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability required for occasional Saturday
