Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in conveyancing, managing files from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold transactions. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle a busy caseload. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
