This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary and a supportive working environment.The Role:As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will take ownership of sales files from start to finish, with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth process for clients from enquiries through to completion.Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential sales files independently Handling the conveyancing process from enquiries to completion Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time Supporting the wider conveyancing team as needed Requirements: Previous experience in a Conveyancing Paralegal role Confident handling sales files with minimal guidance Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive and professional approach to client care Salary & Benefits: Circa £28,000 per annum Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) On-site parking provided INDL Apply Apply
