The role involves: Providing end-to-end customer service on multiple streams including interacting with stakeholders at various levels including handling inbound and outbound calls and making relevant escalations as necessary. Requirements: You must have a minimum WIFI download speed of 8mgb, Minimum Upload Speed: 3Mbps and where possible a wired network connection (ethernet connection) to the router should be used to allow for a more stable internet connection. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Able to follow instructions and processes Resilience and the ability to work in a faced paced, high pressured team environment Verified RTW documentation Consent to undertake BPSS verification and willingness to provide employment history Willingness and consent to apply for a DBS check Ability to work on a out of hours service from home between 1am - 9am Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with people to assess their needs in a timely manner Ability to handle the sensitive nature of calls/contacts to the service with empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach An understanding of confidentiality Working at Serco, you'll have a can-do attitude with a genuine passion for excellent customer service and enjoy helping people.
