The support required takes into account the varying needs of people including those recovering from an operation or illness, with mild to severe learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, sensory impairments, dysphagia, epilepsy, and the beginnings of age-related conditions, particularly dementia.The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job. If you are a compassionate, positive person who isn't afraid to work hard, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be polite and a good communicator.
