As an employee, you'll enjoy numerous benefits in addition to your salary as part of a comprehensive package.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business within the OEM door manufacturing sectorMaintain and grow a pipeline of customers and projectsManage and support existing OEM accounts, ensuring high satisfactionConduct business reviews and assist with technical queriesDevelop and execute sales strategies focused on revenue and margin growthDeliver presentations, proposals and product demosNegotiate terms and secure long-term agreementsCollaborate with marketing, product and operations teams on campaigns, forecasting, and inventoryMonitor sales performance and KPIs, maintaining records in CRMProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to managementSkills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field5 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the OEM sectorStrong understanding of the door hardware industry and OEM ecosystemCustomer-focused with a service-first mindsetStrong commercial and numerical skillsProactive, adaptable problem-solverCollaborative across cross-functional teamsResults-oriented with continuous improvement focusClear and effective communicatorSkilled in negotiation and contract managementTechnically adept with product understandingProficient in CRM, sales tools, and Microsoft OfficeAdditional RequirementsTravel: Must be willing to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and to support sales efforts.DipGAI qualification preferred (or working towards)Full, Clean Driving LicenseWant to recruit a similar role?Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
