Ecommerce Content Manager - Sports London  Are you looking for a new role? Are you ready to take the next steps in your career? I am looking for an Manager Owned Content Programming to join my client who is a world-renowned sports brand. They are looking for a manager to take control of the owned Content Programming. This will ensure a diverse and compelling owned proposition that drives user retention and growth while meeting KPIs and maintaining content standards. In this role you will deliver a best-in-class content experience across my client's app and web products, ensuring that content is highly engaging, relevant, and well-presented. You will be partnering with the Data & Insights team to ensure that content experience, programming, and formats are data-driven and aligned with supporter preferences and behaviours. You will be expected to drive operational excellence with Content team peers to ensure efficiency and consistency across the content commissioning process. You will develop personalised content programming experiences tailored for multiple audience segments across the platform, working with other teams to facilitate the required output. You will be regulary collaborating with the Content team’s Operations & Planning unit to strategically plot key activation and implementation periods within the app and web platforms, focusing on both short and long-term planning. You must also have experience with developing personalised content experiences for diverse user segments and a strong understanding of user experience principles and a passion for optimising digital content to enhance user engagement.
