The ideal candidate is an independent content leader who owns end-to-end content strategy planning production and optimization with measurable impact on brand awareness customer acquisition engagement and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking cross-functional collaboration and self-driven execution.ResponsibilitiesYou will own the entire content lifecycle: develop maintain and execute an editorial calendar that covers blogs white papers brochures infographics website updates and more prioritizing key business objectives. Furthermore you will:Lead content strategy across digital platforms (website blog social email) and paid channels (PPC sponsored content demand generation) to drive pipeline and qualified leads.Research and create customer-centric content by proactively engaging with internal stakeholders (marketing sales product) to understand products markets and audience needs.Own and manage Xensams organic social strategy and execution including performance optimisation to grow brand awareness audience and inbound leads.Optimize content for all stages of the funnel ensuring messaging that resonates for awareness consideration conversion and retention.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cross-channel integration and consistency - supporting email events campaigns and landing pages as needed.Own measurable content outcomes: develop content that directly drives traffic leads and sales pipeline; regularly report and iterate for business impact.Stay ahead of trends propose new formats and leverage AI tools as appropriate to drive efficiency without sacrificing tone of voice originality or quality.Deliver quickly and reliably - operating with autonomy and a business-first mindset not waiting for creative briefs or excessive direction.QualificationsBachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.Minimum 4 years proven experience in B2B SaaS/tech content management - planning creating and optimizing multichannel content that drives demand and business outcomes.Demonstrated success managing and executing editorial calendars and integrated content programs.Good understanding of digital marketing channels SEO paid media tactics and analytics tools.Self-sufficient professional with a strong ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities.Excellent professional communication in English; with Swedish or Romanian being a plus.Include portfolio in your application with examples of content strategy demand generation campaigns blog development brochures and paid media assets for B2B audiences.What you getA generous work culture with free drinks and snacks office massages and more.Three days in-office (with remote work on Mondays and Fridays).An opportunity to shape your career growth while contributing to the companys success.A dynamic position embracing freedom under responsibility.If sales targets are met all employees enjoy an annual destination trip.Other location-specific benefits.Our values at XensamRebelliousWe challenge the norm and act with initiative always with responsibility.HumaneWe foster a caring inclusive environment that values diversity and respects individuality.HarmonyWe value balance and create a supportive workplace where people thrive.As part of our recruitment process we conduct background checks on final candidates to fulfill our commitments to customers and ensure a safe work environment.Please note References and relevant portfolio required.
