Business Support Lead | £28, pa | 12 month Contract | Bromley (2-3 days onsite a week) Do you have office experience and do you enjoy working as part of a team? A well-established Banking firm is looking for someone with a really positive approach to join as a Business Support Lead to liaise with clients via email for both dormant and inactive accounts. Here, you will review, update and investigate client escalations and complaints that have been logged in the designated tool by the EMEA Service and Fulfilment Teams. Team We're currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our diverse Bromley based Business Support Team. As part of the Business Support team, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of treasury products and systems, apply critical thinking and continuously look for enhancements to our processes to mitigate risk. As the business grows you would be exposed for future career progression across the group given the focus on growing Talent. Skills Effective Oral & Written Communication Critical thinker and sound analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a high volume, multi-faceted environment Self-motivated and result-orientated Excellent time management and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Convey a professional attitude when dealing with business partners and clients Previous background in a Business Support environment would be helpful but not essential Pontoon Solutions is an employment consultancy.
